- Michigan DOT has completed its reevaluation and will be reinstating the DBE Program that applies a DBE goal on bid letting items, effective with their April 3, 2026, bid letting. Their Contractor Announcement is attached here and includes Frequently Asked Questions. Attached here are their program updates.
- Massachusetts: MassUCP is mailing all firms in their current DBE directory a Request for Information and Guidance document to commence the DBE reevaluation process. The response to the RFI will be due by May 26, 2026. - South Carolina: SCUCP has developed the reevaluation process and is currently awaiting final review from leadership, FHWA, and the Aviation Association. Additional details are forthcoming. (link: https://www.scdot.org/business/bus-development-overview.html)
- Oklahoma: ODOT is drafting a personal narrative template and working with B2GNow on site submittal details. (link: https://oklahoma.gov/odot/business-center/contract-compliance/dbe.html)
- Texas: The Texas Unified Certification Program (TUCP) will accept DBE and ACDBE reevaluation documentation beginning Monday, March 30 through Thursday, April 30, 2026.
- Alabama: The Alabama Unified Certification Program (ALUCP), in conjunction with the Alabama Department of Transportation (ALDOT), is initiating reevaluations beginning March 31, 2026. All required documentation must be submitted within 45 days of notice date (3-31-26).
