Small Business Advisory Committee
The Small Business Advisory Committee will provide a formal channel for small firms that support the goals of the EIP Pledge to stay engaged in its implementation.
Participating members will:
- Affirm alignment with the principles of the EIP Pledge and Playbook
- Engage with EIP leadership and participating organizations
- Contribute market perspective to inform how agencies and primes design and execute strategies to achieve playbook objectives
Participation would provide opportunities to:
- Receive updates from EIP leadership, including progress, participating agencies and organizations, and emerging areas of focus
- Engage in periodic discussions and listening sessions focused on procurement barriers, market dynamics, and practical solutions
- Provide input on tools and implementation strategies, helping ensure playbook approaches reflect on-the-ground market realities
- Increase visibility with agencies and prime contractors engaged in EIP, offering opportunities to better understand upcoming work and how firms can position themselves to compete
